Teamwork

Teams are as old as Hammurabi. For thousands of years team was the unit for
small-scale activity— fighting, farming, revolution, etc. During the industrial
revolution, assembly machinery changed all that. The problem, however, is that
people are not machines. We function best in relationship with a purpose driving
us. Given time and space to work together, trust is built, and tremendous synergy
released to produce something greater than the sum of its parts!
