Working at heights refresher training is the practical module of the working at heights
training program (section 9.2 of the Working at Heights Training Program Standard). The
minimum duration of the refresher training is three-and-a-half (3.5) hours of training
delivery.
The practical module covers the following topics:
• barriers and safety nets;
• personal fall protection equipment;
• anchor points;
• work positioning systems, work access and platforms; and
• rescue planning.
In addition, it includes a hands-on demonstration of equipment and procedures, and a
written test.
