The course will be held on May 16 from 8 AM to 5 PM and May 17 from 8 AM to 3 PM. The NRFSC is a 2-day, 14-hour course required for individuals applying for a Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) for non-restricted firearms. Developed in accordance with section 7 of the Firearms Act, the course covers firearms evolution, safety practices, ammunition, firearm handling, owner responsibilities, and safe storage, transportation, and display.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate, confirming their readiness to acquire non-restricted firearms.
